My case was taken on by Phil, and he advised it would be best to create a parenting plan. I took his advice and he passed me onto his affiliate Hayley to assist with the parenting plan. Hayley was available to have a phone consultation at a time which suited me 7:30pm! Hayley was supportive throughout the development of the parenting plan, and suggested adding things in I hadn't thought about. The parent plan was sent to me to approve and I couldn't find a fault with it! The parenting plan was great and has worked well to detail all information to ensure future co-parenting with the children's mum is a positive experience. I would highly reccomend Hayley.

Hailey met me at the court and after a brief catch up on my case she came in to the hearing and gave me the support and guidance I needed, without her support I feel the outcome would have been for the worse but with Hailey's help I managed to represent myself against the opposition's Solicitor and put my concerns and views across to the magistrates in a positive manner.
